Level 4 Construction Site Supervision
The Level 4 Construction Site Supervision qualification is designed for experienced supervisors looking to formalise their skills and progress within the construction industry. With increasing emphasis on competence following the Building Safety Act, this course provides a recognised certification that demonstrates your ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high standards on site. Delivered through work-based assessment, it allows you to gain your qualification with minimal disruption to your day-to-day role.

Who Is This For
This qualification is designed for those working in a supervisory role across multiple trades on a construction site, such as foremen and assistant site managers. With the Building Safety Act placing greater scrutiny on the competence of those working at every level of a project, this qualification provides supervisors with a formal, recognised record of their skills and experience, something increasingly expected by principal contractors and clients alike.

On completion, candidates can apply for the CSCS Gold Card, provided they have also passed the relevant CITB Health, Safety & Environment test.
Eligibility
- 19+ Years Old
- You must be working in a role that allows you to evidence the requirements of this qualification, ideally with at least 2 years' experience in that role.
Duration
Our NVQs are flexible to work around you and the trade you are currently working in.
Typically completed within 3–6 months, though timescales can vary depending on individual circumstances. Assessment is entirely through work-based evidence, minimising time away from site.
