What funding is available for NVQs
Government-Funded NVQs
The UK government offers funding for certain NVQs through various programs such as:
Apprenticeships: If you are an apprentice or hiring one, NVQ qualifications are often fully or partially funded.
Adult Education Budget (AEB): This fund supports adults in gaining qualifications to improve their employability, including construction NVQs

UK Skills Academy is proud to announce that it has been awarded £1 million in government funding as part of the Warm Homes Skills Programme, a key component of the government’s Warm Homes Skills Plan launched in April 2025. This funding will enable UK Skills Academy to deliver high-quality training and upskilling for over 700 individuals in Domestic Energy Assessment, Retrofit Assessment, Energy Efficiency and Level 2 and Level 3 Insulation NVQs.
