More About This NVQ...

Who Is This For

Aimed at practising site managers and project managers, this degree-equivalent qualification is widely recognised by principal contractors and is often a requirement for tendering and prequalification purposes.

Under the Building Safety Act, demonstrating competence is now a legal requirement for duty holder roles, and principal contractors are increasingly expected to evidence the qualifications of their management teams. This qualification provides a formal, work-evidenced record of competence at site management level, supporting compliance and strengthening a candidate’s professional standing.
