Mandatory Units

Learners must complete the four mandatory units

Climate Change, Sustainability and the Science of Retrofit – Developing knowledge and understanding of global warming and climate change.

Installation Guidance for Retrofit Advisors – Understanding of the retrofit process and the involvement of various stakeholders at different stages.

Communication for Retrofit Advice – Understanding of communication principles and their effectiveness in relation to different channels of communication.

Core Retrofit Advisor Skills and Behaviours – Understanding in how to promote a positive workplace culture

How You Will Learn

This course is online via Teams and over two days.

There is a multiple choice quiz in the second session to pass the qualification.
