Our Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge required to assess the energy efficiency of residential properties in the UK. This qualification enables you to conduct Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments in accordance with the government’s recent EPC rating changes, which are legally required when selling or renting a home. Mandatory Units

Learners must complete the four mandatory units

Conduct energy assessments in a safe, effective and professional manner

Prepare for energy assessments of domestic property

Undertake energy inspections

Produce and explain Energy Performance Certificates relating to domestic property

How You Will Learn

This Level 3 qualification covers the necessary knowledge and skills required for the role, consisting of four learning units taught online via Teams, along with a portfolio of evidence and onsite assessments.
